Controlled fictional demonstration

From supplier inputs to a quote ready for human approval.

This review page shows the operating pattern tested by EAP. It uses fictional supplier documents and values. It is not client history, a live integration, an unattended service, or a customer quote that was approved or sent.

The essential control: the workflow may prepare information, calculations, and a draft quote. A person remains responsible for unclear values, pricing decisions, and final customer delivery.

Watch the 45-second fictional walkthrough.

The walkthrough separates an unreadable-price hold from a completed example with a checked subtotal, fictional test tax, and a final human approval step.

STEP 01

Read supplier documents

Capture item, description, quantity, unit price, revision, and source reference from agreed file types.

STEP 02

Check the workbook

Write only to approved locations, preserve formulas, and hold incomplete or conflicting information.

STEP 03

Prepare the quote

Use reviewed values to populate the customer template while keeping price and final-output approval human.
